Do I need my credit card to make a reservation?
Your credit card details are required to confirm your reservations on the mobile platforms. A refundable deposit of 1 night will be charged to the credit card provided at time of booking. Certain reservations may require prepayment (see the reserved rate conditions).
How many rooms can I reserve from my mobile phone?
The mobile platforms only allow you to reserve one room on the same reservation. If you need additional rooms, please renew the reservation as many times as necessary to get the number of rooms you want. For each reservation, you will receive a unique confirmation number by email.
Can I book with my preferential rate on the mobile website?
If you have a promotional code, you can enter it in the "Promo / corporate code" field in the "reservation" area.
What if I experience a technical problem (loss of signal, for example) in the course of finalizing the reservation?
A technical error may occur during confirmation of the reservation. We recommend that you go to the "contact us" section on the homepage of the mobile website.
How do I cancel a reservation?
- From the homepage, click on "Reservation".
- Click on "View or cancel a reservation".
- Enter your email address and the booking confirmation.
- Click on "search" to display the details of your reservation.
- Click on "cancel". Please note that reservations made using other distribution channels (though hotel website, email, phone,etc.) currently cannot be cancelled / viewed from the mobile platforms.
How do I modify a reservation?
To modify a reservation online, you must first cancel the reservation, and then make a new reservation.
Is the mobile site secure?
To guarantee your security and provide greater confidentiality, our mobile platforms use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt all information.
