1. Rates
• Special internet rates are only valid if you book through padmaresortbali.com
• Rates are in US Dollar, however billing will be processed in Indonesian Rupiah based on the prevailing billing rate on the date of transaction.
• Room rates are inclusive of taxes and service charge, unless otherwise specified
• The prices indicated are per room, for the number of people and the date(s) selected previously, unless otherwise specified
• Additional services (additional person, airport transfer, baby sitting facilities, etc) are optional, unless specifically selected as part of the booking.
• Room rates are inclusive of breakfast for 2 persons, unless otherwise specified.
• Rate on Dec 31, 2012 is inclusive of New Year's Eve Dinner.
• Special group rates are available, please contact sales@padmaresortbali.com
• Please note that group rate are indicated for a reservation of minimum of 15 rooms per period
• Rates may change without prior notice
2. Additional Charges
• Extra bed will be charged for the 3rd person. Please note that maximum of extra bed is one in each room.
• Adult’s extra bed for Non Club Rooms (Valid from 1 April 2011 - 31 March 2012): USD 67.76 / net / adult/ room. Price inclusive of breakfast
• Adult’s extra bed for Non Club Rooms (Valid from 1 April 2012 - 31 March 2013): USD 74.00 / net / adult/ room. Price inclusive of breakfast
• Adult’s extra bed for Club Rooms and Suites (Valid from 1 April 2011 - 31 March 2012): USD 94.38 / net / adult/ room. Price inclusive of breakfast and club lounge benefits
• Adult’s extra bed for Club Rooms and Suites (Valid from 1 April 2012 - 31 March 2013): USD 107.00 / net / adult/ room. Price inclusive of breakfast and club lounge benefits
• Children’s extra bed for Non Club Rooms (Valid from 1 April 2011 - 31 March 2012): USD 20.57 / net / child/ room. Price inclusive of breakfast
• Children’s extra bed for Non Club Rooms (Valid from 1 April 2012 - 31 March 2013): USD 27.00 / net / child/ room. Price inclusive of breakfast
• Children’s extra bed for Club Rooms and Suites (Valid from 1 April 2011 - 31 March 2012): USD 33.88 / net / child/ room. Price inclusive of breakfast and club lounge benefits
• Children’s extra bed for Club Rooms and Suites (Valid from 1 April 2012 - 31 March 2013): USD 47.00 / net / child/ room. Price inclusive of breakfast and club lounge benefits
• Airport transfer on sharing basis : USD 10 / net / person / way
• Private airport transfer : USD 35 / net / car / way
• Return airport transfers is free of charge for a minimum of 2 nights stay
3. Reservation
• Online reservation is recommended. It is the fastest & safest way for the following reasons:

• All reservation inquiry will be replied within 2 working days
4. Amend of Reservation
• Reservation can be changed with prior notice
• Confirmation of changed reservation is subject to room availability
5. Guarantee
• A refundable deposit of 1 night will be charged to the credit card provided at time of booking. Rooms are held until hotel check-out time the day following arrival. In the event more guests arrive than can be accommodated due to hotel overbooking or an unforeseen circumstance, and hotel is unable to hold rooms consistent with this room hold policy, hotel will attempt to accommodate guests, at its expense, at a comparable hotel in the area for the oversold night(s), and will pay for transportation to that hotel.
• Credit card used to make a reservation should be valid for the entire stay. Please present the credit card used to make reservation upon check-in at the hotel. Please note: If you are booking on behalf of someone else, Padma Resort Bali will contact you to arrange a third party billing.
• Accepted credit cards : Visa, Master Card, Amex, JCB, Diners Club. we will confidentially use the information for further processing.
• Deposit could be also transferred to Padma Resort Bali At Legian with copy of payment document to be emailed or faxed to our office at +62-361-752.140
6. Check-in and Check-out
• check-in time is 14:00
• Check-out is at 12:00 noon
• Early check-in depends on availability and cannot be guaranteed. However, to be sure of having the room ready upon arrival, you can reserve the room in advance.
• Late check-out also depends on availability and cannot be guaranteed. The cost of late check-out up to 18:00 hrs is 80% from the room rate and Check-out after 18:00 hrs is considered as one night stay.
7. Cancellation, No-show and Early Departure
• One night charge applies for cancellation within 7 days prior to arrival.
• Please Note: In the event a guest checks out prior to the reserved check out date, the hotel will charge an early check-out fee equal to one night's stay
• If you do not arrive at the accommodation on the date on which you booked to arrive (no show), the first night will be charged
• For any cancellation made before resort cancellation policy, resort will refund your deposit. If deposit charged to credit card, refund will be made in the form of a credit entry to your card account only. Refund will take approximately 14 working days. Please note that All refunds are subject to administration fee of 3.5% of the amount to be refunded.
8. Children Policy
• Children age is from 3 – 12 years old.
• Maximum number of children sharing room with parents is one, unless otherwise specified.
• Baby cots are available at no cost. Please notify our reservation dept. in advance.
• Babysitting service is available at additional cost. Please notify our reservation dept in advance
9. Hotel's Facilities
Some of Hotel's facilities are free of charge (Fitness center, Steam, Sauna, Guest Departure Lounge, and Internet Connection Throughout The Resort Including All Room Types) and some of them chargeable. Please double check or contact us to avoid miss perception.
10. New Year Period
• Compulsory New Year's Eve Gala Dinner on 31 Dec 2012 at USD 180.00 / net / adult or USD 90.00 / net / child.
• This compulsory New Year's Eve Gala Dinner charge will be added automatically to any booking made at www.padmaresortbali.com that stays over the 31st of December 2012. Any subsequent attempt to remove the compulsory charge from your booking will not change the amount stated under Reservation Total column in the booking confirmation and will not be acknowledged. The Resort will still require you to pay for this charge upon arrival.
