- Rates
- Special internet rates are only valid if you book through padmaresortbali.com
- Rates are in US Dollar, however billing will be processed in Indonesian Rupiah based on the prevailing billing rate on the date of transaction.
- Taxes are included in the prices or indicated in the price breakdown. unless otherwise specified
- The prices indicated are per room, for the number of people and the date(s) selected previously, unless otherwise specified
- Additional services (additional person, airport transfer, baby sitting facilities, etc) are optional, unless specifically selected as part of this booking.
- Room Rates are inclusive of in-room internet access and daily breakfast for 2 adults. Unless otherwise specified (packages).
- Rate on Dec 31, 2010 is inclusive of New Year's Eve Dinner.

- Please note that group rate are indicated for a reservation of minimum of 15 rooms per period

- Extra bed will be changed for the 3rd person. Please note that maximum of extra bed is one in each room.
- Adult’s extra bed in deluxe chalet : USD 67.76. Price inclusive of breakfast
- Adult’s extra bed in club rooms & suites : USD 94.38. Price inclusive of breakfast and club lounge benefits
- Children’s extra bed in deluxe chalet : USD 20.57. Price inclusive of breakfast
- Children’s extra bed in club rooms & suites : USD 33.88. Price inclusive of breakfast and club lounge benefits
- Airport transfer on sharing basis : USD 7 / net / person / way
- Private airport transfer : USD 20 / net / car / way
- Return airport transfers is free of charge for a minimum of 2 nights stay

- Guarantee
- A refundable deposit of 1 night will be charged to the credit card provided at time of booking. Rooms are held until hotel check-out time the day following arrival. In the event more guests arrive than can be accommodated due to hotel overbooking or an unforeseen circumstance, and hotel is unable to hold rooms consistent with this room hold policy, hotel will attempt to accommodate guests, at its expense, at a comparable hotel in the area for the oversold night(s), and will pay for transportation to that hotel.
- Credit card used to make a reservation should be valid for the entire stay. Please present the credit card used to make this reservation upon check-in at the hotel. Please note: If you are booking on behalf of someone else, Padma Resort Bali will contact you to arrange a third party billing.
- Accepted credit cards : Visa, Master Card, Amex, JCB, Diners Club. we will confidentially use the information for further processing.
- Deposit could be also transferred to Padma Resort Bali At Legian with copy of payment document to be emailed or faxed to our office at +62-361-752.140
- Check-in and Check-out
- check-in time is 14:00
- Check-out is at 12:00 noon
- Early check-in depends on availability and cannot be guaranteed. However, to be sure of having the room ready upon arrival, you can reserve the room in advance.
- Check-out up to 18:00 hrs, we will charge 80% from the room rate and check out after 18:00 hrs is considered as one night stay.. However, the room is subject to availability.

Cancelation & No-show
- In low season, no cancellation charge applies up to 3 days prior to arrival. Beyond that time, the first night will be charged.
- In high season ( June 15 2010– Oct 15 2010), no cancellation charge applies up to 7 days prior to arrival. Beyond that time, the first night will be charged.
- In peak season ( Dec 24 2010 – Jan 5 2011), no cancellation charge applies up to 14 days prior to arrival. Beyond that time, the first night will be charged.
- If you do not arrive at the accommodation on the date on which you booked to arrive (no show), the first night will be charged
- For any cancellation made before resort cancellation policy, resort will refund your deposit. If deposit charged to credit card, refund will be made in the form of a credit entry to your card account only. Refund will take approximately 14 working days. Please note that All refunds are subject to administration fee of 3.5% of the amount to be refunded.
- Children Policy
- Children age is from 5 – 12 year old.
- Maximum number of children sharing room with parents is one
- Baby cots are available at no cost. Please notify our reservation dept in advance.
- Babysitting service is available at additional cost. Please notify our reservation dept in advance
- Hotel's Facilities
Some of Hotel's facilities are free of charge (Fitness center, Steam, and Sauna) and some of them chargeable. Please double check or contact us to avoid miss perception.
- New Year Period
Compulsory New Year's Eve Gala Dinner on 31 Dec 2010 at USD 114.95 net per adult or USD 57.48 net per child. Please kindly note that the rate on Dec 31, 2010 is inclusive of New Year's Eve Gala Dinner.
