• Special offer is only valid for guest who has a confirmed booking of a wedding package.
• This offer will not be valid should the couple cancel the booking of a wedding package.
• Please note that our internet rates are DYNAMIC. Rates may change anytime without prior notice.
• This special offer is not available for the following periods :

  - June 16 - July 22, 2011 (inclusive)
  - August 9 - 18, 2011 (inclusive)
  - August 27 - Sep 4, 2011 (inclusive)
  - Sep 18 - Oct 15, 2011 (inclusive)
  - Dec 27, 2011 - Jan 15, 2012 (inclusive)

Guarantee

• Low season
  We will charge a refundable deposit of 1 night to the credit card provided at time of booking.  
• High Season ( June 15 – Oct 15, 2011 ) and Peak Season ( Dec 27, 2011 – Jan 3, 2012 )
  We will charge a refundable deposit of 50% from the total room charge to the credit card provided at time of booking.  
• Credit card used to make a reservation should be valid for the entire stay.
• Accepted credit cards : Visa, Master Card, Amex, JCB, Diners Club. we will confidentially use the information for further processing.

Amend of Reservation

• Reservation can be modified no later than 3 months before arrival.
• Confirmation of changed reservation is subject to room availability.

Cancellation & No-show

• Low season
  No cancellation charge applies for cancellation made no later than 3 months before arrival. Beyond that time, we will not refund the deposit of 1 night charge.
• High Season ( June 15 – Oct 15, 2011 ) and Peak Season ( Dec 27, 2011 – Jan 3, 2012 )
  No cancellation charge applies for cancellation made no later than 3 months before arrival. Beyond that time, we will not refund the deposit of 50% from the total room charge.
  
• For any cancellation made before resort cancellation policy, resort will refund your deposit. If deposit charged to credit card, refund will be made in the form of a credit entry to your card account only. Refund will take approximately 14 working days. Please note that All refunds are subject to administration fee of 3.5% of the amount to be refunded.
• If you do not arrive at the accommodation on the date on which you booked to arrive (no show), we will not refund the deposit of 50% from the total room charge.

Wedding Code

• You will need a WEDDING CODE to book the special offer. Please contact wedding@padmaresortbali.com to get your code.
• Wedding code is valid for the number of required rooms and the period of the guests staying you have informed us, kindly advise us should you like to add more rooms and lengthen the period of stay so we would update the arrangements.  Please note that additional bookings will be subject to availability. 
• The code is valid for 1 month after issued. Therefore, for any bookings made after the 1 month validity, normal rates apply and booking confirmation will be subject to availability.
  

Others

• Should the final rooming list is less than 7 rooms, normal rate will apply.
• Padma Resort Bali reserves the right to discontinue this offer at any time without prior notice.
• Special group rates for 15 rooms and more are available, please contact sales@padmaresortbali.com
