Ms Mirah Marhaendra
The Freshest Face at Padma’s Sales Department

In the beginning of 2011, Padma welcomed the newest addition to its Sales and Marketing Department, Ms Mirah Marhaendra. She joined the resort as a Sales Manager.

A native Balinese, she spent college years and developed her career as a hotelier in the United States. Upon returning to Bali, she took home her international experience to gain exciting posts at luxury villas in Ubud and Canggu areas.

We believe her international exposure and extensive knowledge on Bali’s hospitality industry will bring significant contribution to the resort’s mission of creating memorable experience for its guests.


 
MOST POPULAR STAFF

Every three months, Padma Resort Bali at Legian name its most popular staff based on its guests’ choices. Guests can write down the names of their preferred candidates on guest comment forms distributed daily to all rooms. And the winners for the October - December 2010 period were:

Born in Gianyar, Arijaya is always ready to welcome guests to Garden Club Lounge with a big smile and make sure they enjoy the evening cocktail hours there. Joining Padma less than two years ago, Arijaya, a fan of soccer and the third son in his family, already kick-started his fledgling career with a fine achievement of his own.

Born on the same date with the second winner, Eni certainly shares the same passion with Arijaya in their role as Garden Club Lounge hosts – to ensure fantastic stay for guests from the moment they enter the resort. Through this achievement, she has proved herself to be a valuable asset for the resort and a model of Padma’s signature hospitality.
